Technology & Automation
Which automation technology is suitable for your industrial machines?
SCADA & Automation Software
The acronym SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) refers to all the software used for the supervision, control and data acquisition of your production lines. SCADA software is part of the industrial IT systems required for the automated technical management of your production tool. SCADA software provides performance indicators, KPIs and historical data. This facilitates, for example, maintenance and troubleshooting based on real-time alarms or historical logs. Tech Automation masters various SCADA solutions. If you are a design office, you can subcontract your Ignition, Wonderware, Archestra, AVEVA System Platform, WinCC projects to us.

If you are a maintenance manager, you can contact us to troubleshoot a bug on your supervision, HMI, Scada software. We master the different automation languages used in these various software. We carry out all the steps necessary for the proper monitoring of machine data: installation of the SCADA software, implementation of the IT architecture to connect the server to the factory network, creation of the project, hardware configuration (PLC link - HMI - SCADA), definition of tags and variables, modeling of software objects associated with the machine park, creation of the graphical interface, programming of supervision, alarm and history scripts, connection to the PLCs, platform tests, compliance tests, FAT, SAT, Commissioning.

Network and vision technologies
Do you want to access data from sensors? Tech Automation supports you as an industrial network designer. We configure the communication between the various automation components. We carry out the cabling of the network infrastructure: VPN, redundant ring, NAT/PAT port redirection. We master a wide range of products, to choose the hardware best suited to your factory: switches, routers, Profinet network, IOLink sensors, actuators. We master the different industrial communication protocols: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethercat, OPC, MQTT, AS-i. Your factory network can meet various needs:

✅ Redundancy: duplicated network path to ensure continuity of production in the event of a fault
✅ Routing: access machine data (OT industrial network) from a PC in the office network (IT)
✅ VLAN: on a hybrid infrastructure, isolate profinet data (process/manufacturing) from IT flows (IoT)
As for industrial vision, it brings together all the technologies for detecting and reading physical patterns on production lines. Industrial cameras are the eyes of the machines. Whether it is Cognex or Sick vision equipment, Tech Automation configures your barcode readers and your vision detection cameras for traceability, defect detection, and quality monitoring.
Industrial PLC
The industrial PLC is the central point of control of your machine. It consists of an electronic card equipped with memory and computing power to process information from the machine park. This electronics is hardened and reinforced to be able to withstand industrial constraints: dust, temperature, vibration, continuous or jerky cycles. An automation program is recorded in the PLC, and executes the automated operating cycles that have been configured and decided jointly by the client factory and the machine manufacturer. Associated with this card, inputs-outputs are attached: the inputs retrieve information from the sensors, the outputs send the PLC orders to the actuators. The PLC is then able to communicate with specialized devices that manage motion, motorization, network communication, and any other need of the machine. Since the appearance of electronics in the 90s with industry 3.0, industrial PLCs have remained the preferred automation technology for industrial production lines. Various manufacturers manufacture these automatons: Siemens, Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, ... Tech Automation supports you in the programming, preventive and curative maintenance, or the developments of your industrial automatons. We intervene from the functional analysis of automation, design, production to the commissioning phase of your automated system.
